Refunds/Exchanges
We will gladly refund or exchange your items within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you need to exchange or return an item, send us an email to contact@shopmarcobella.com and we will send you a return shipping label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Because we offer free shipping, uou are responsible for return shipping

Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into shopmarcobella.com "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.
It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned back to us.
UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” and then contact us on the day of delivery.
